REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, refunds on
cosmetic products are only applicable if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon
delivery.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, along with proof of
purchase and clear images of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original
payment method within 7–10 business days.

RETURN POLICY

For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty or
damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return:
 The item must be unused and in its original packaging
 The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error occurred on our
side.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
 Delivery timelines range from 2–7 business days, depending on location
 Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched
Please ensure delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by
incorrect address information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been
processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted and the return policy will
apply.
